(i have used them in the past but not for quite some time.) car has just been in for a major service and i’d forgotten how good they were. vehicle was serviced to as-good, if not better standard than vdub, with a fair cost saving. it’s refreshing to be able to talk to the mechanics and ask questions, unlike in the main dealers were the technicians are all behind glass and it’s all done via a receptionist. i’m not sure if it’s their policy but as far as i can see all the parts used appear to be genuine vag.
